Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost or Delayed Orders
If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, or your item is lost:

Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
• If the item was delivered to the wrong address (confirmed by the carrier), we’ll resend or refund
